An advert for GLP-1 Six in-One Health Solution Oral Liquid has popped up on Facebook and other sites.
It claims to be endorsed by the Groote Schuur Hospital Trust and SAHPRA. The advert creates a halo of effectiveness with the packaging design, and ‘expert’ support. It claims “GLP-1 SIX-IN-ONE Health Solution Oral Liquid was developed by a team of over 30 experts in international endocrinology and diabetology after more than 3 years of research.”
This product is a scam.
SAHPRA has not endorsed this product. In fact, it is an illegal drug as it is not registered with SAHPRA.
Even if it contained Tirzepatide, “visible results after just 7 days” is not possible.
The before and after images have been previously used for other products.
For example, this image is used to promote the Lana diet.
Linda Brown is known as Olivia Thompson in the Australian version of this advert. And in South Africa, weight loss is achieve in 42 days versus 72 days in Australia. Truly a miracle!

| The product is claimed to be associated with Prof Jonathan Reed, an endocrinologist. Even a Facebook page exists for this fake ‘Prof’. There is no Prof Jonathan Reed associated with endocrinology, and significantly, the email address associated with this person is for [email protected]. |

They are SCAMMERS, was unaware of this and bought the product, they claimed and it seems legit to be SAPHRA compliant, money deducted, looks like legit confirmation of parcel to be delivered 3 weeks later, nothing, multiple emails send, getting no response except for continous spam emails promoting the product.
