Herbex, MMS products detained in the USA

According to this USA FDA Import Alert dated 21 November 2017, Herbex products, Faith Herbal Drops, MMS (Miracle Mineral Solution), XXXL Penis Enlarging Ointment, Aloe Bitter Arthro-Detox Tablets and others were detained and prevented from entering the USA.

The Alert states, among other:

*** Unapproved drugs present serious safety and effectiveness concerns“.
When evidence exists for the marketing or promotion of unapproved drugs to individuals residing in the United States, the products should be considered for detention without physical examination“.

Faith drops – in response

Colleen (from Faith drops) added a comment to the posting of the ASA ruling against the claims of Faith drops. As the comment is far too long, I have added it as a posting.

It would appear that everyone is on a mission – I guess we are keeping this site active by swallowing the bait – as before I am even able to respond to one thing they are on to the next……    Allow me to have my say – then by all means, everyone – have at it!!!

Miracle mineral supplement / Faith Drops

In the USA, a product called Miracle mineral supplement is sold claiming to be able to cure malaria, AIDS, and a number of other conditions. The science is very implausible. It is also sold by individuals in South Africa. It may be similar to Faith Drops (www.cancercure.co.za ) (which claims to be able to cure AIDS and cancer – also implausible). In fact, we could use a much harsher word to describe these products.

Are they the same product? They do resemble each other in some instances. Telling is the statement “Miracle mineral supplement” at the bottom of the Faith Drops URL at www.cancercure.co.za.

Are we the only ones warning consumers that this product can harm you more than heal you? No, the USA FDA MedWatch warns: “Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS): Product as consumed produces a potent bleach that can cause serious harm”.
