Herbex – “Take Down Notice”

We have received a “Take Down Notice” for this page.

In other words, Eddie Bisset (CEO) and Diane Bisset (Financial Director) of Herbex have had their lawyers (Kantor – Fialkov) contact the Internet Service Provider’s Association (ISPA) and ask them to take action against our service provider, Hetzner, unless Hetzner convinces me to remove this page. We have also subsequently received a threatening letter from the Bisset’s lawyer, M Fialkov of Kantor – Fialkov, where a number of allegations are made regarding the content of this page.

Weight-Loss Companies Charged With Fraud

On Tuesday, the USA Federal Trade Commission charged four companies with deceptively marketing weight-loss products, asserting they made “unfounded promises” that consumers could shed pounds simply by using their food additives, skin creams and other dietary supplements. 

One of the companies targeted by the Federal Trade Commission, L’Occitane, have retail outlets in South Africa.

Complaint to SAPC and HPCSA against Solal directors

A formal complaint was laid on 25 June 2012 against the Solal pharmacists, Brent Murphy and David Arthur, and the Solal medical practitioner, Dr Craige Golding. To date (06 January 2014) no result has been received.

Below follows my complaint. Readers can decide whether the complaint has merit or not.
